Shipping

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 5–7 business days for shipping transit time.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene standards, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged.

If there is an issue with your order, please email me directly. Kindly avoid Instagram DMs for order inquiries, as messages can easily get lost.

Policies

Items marked “MTO” in the description have a 10 business day processing time, as they are created after purchase. Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for shipping once completed.

Handmade Nature: Each earring is carefully handmade from start to finish. Because of this, subtle variations may occur between pieces. This is part of the beauty of handmade jewelry — your pair is uniquely yours.

Are polymer clay earrings waterproof?

Polymer clay is waterproof once cured. However, we do not recommend showering or swimming in your earrings due to the metal components. If caught in the rain, simply dab dry.

What quality are your jump rings/hooks?

Each listing specifies the exact metals used. Jump rings are high-quality 24kt gold-filled for longevity. Studs feature titanium posts for sensitive ears.

Will these bother my ears if I have sensitive skin?

Polymer clay is extremely lightweight, and I use high-quality titanium posts and gold-filled components. Most customers with sensitive ears find them very comfortable.

Can I shop your earrings in person anywhere?

I primarily sell through my website via biweekly updates. You can also find my jewelry at select stockists locally and in Charlottesville, VA and Skippack, PA. Visit the Stockists page for the most current list.

How do your restocks work?

Every other Friday at 8PM (unless otherwise announced), a small batch of new pieces is released on the website.

Restock dates are shared on Instagram and through my email newsletter at least one week in advance. Sneak peeks, try-ons, and behind-the-scenes content are also shared leading up to each release.

Items will not appear on the website until the exact launch time. Most updates include 8–20 pieces, and once sold out, styles are not guaranteed to return.

Earring Care

Each piece is created with longevity in mind. With proper care, your earrings can last for years to come.

• Keep dry. If exposed to water, gently pat dry.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Avoid storing in bathrooms or humid environments.
• Transport in a protective box when traveling.
• Handle gently — while polymer clay is durable and slightly flexible, avoid bending or twisting.
