Shipping

After buying, please allow 3 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Because of hygiene issues, exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged. Please email me for any questions. Please do not use Instagram DMs to inquire about orders, as they can easily get lost.

Policies

Made to order items are listed as MTO in the description and have a 10 day processing time, as they are made once purchased. Please also allow 5-7 business days afterwards for shipping.

Please note: I make each earring by hand. Design and implementation is hand crafted with love. I work my best to keep each earring in a pair as similar as possible, however, the joy of buying handmade is that each piece is made individually and there will be subtle differences between the pieces. No one else will have a pair exactly like yours!

 
 

FAQs

Are polymer clay earrings waterproof?

Polymer clay is waterproof once cured. We do not recommend showering or swimming with your pieces due to the metals and other components use to create your jewelry but they will be just fine if you’re caught in a rainstorm or drop them in the sink!

What quality are your jump rings/hooks?

Each listing has specifics on the metals used however all jump rings are high quality 24kt gold-filled to ensure a long life!

Will these bother my ears if I have sensitive skin?

Since polymer clay is extremely lightweight and I use high-quality titanium posts and gold-filled jump rings, my earrings will not bother your ears even if you have sensitive skin.

Can I shop your earrings in person anywhere?

I sell my jewelry mostly through my website via biweekly shop updates, but you can also purchase my jewelry in person at several stores throughout the city I live in as well as a few shops in Pennsylvania, Charlottesville VA, and Richmond VA. Please see my “stockists” page for the most up-to-date list of places you can buy my work I also post markets and vendor events on instagram throughout the year.

How do your restocks work?

Every other Friday at 8pm (unless otherwise posted), I release a small batch of work at a specific date and time through my website. I post when the shop update will be through instagram at least a week in advance, as well as through my email newsletter (sign up through my website!). I’ll also post sneak peaks, previews, try-ons, and behind-the-scenes on my instagram as well. The items will not be available on the site until the exact time of the restock. Each restock typically includes 8-20 pieces, and once they are gone, there is no guarantee that those styles will come back.

Earring Care

I create each piece with the intent of lasting years to come. With the right care, my polymer clay earrings + gold-filled hardware can last a lifetime. Here are some tips to keep your earrings safe and clean so that they can last a lifetime:

  • Keep them DRY! If they get wet in a rainstorm, dab them dry with a paper towel. Polymer clay is waterproof once cured, but we want to keep the metals dry.

  • Store your earrings in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Avoid storing in your bathroom or in a bright and sunny room. Prolonged sun exposure can cause colors to fade.

  • Transport them in a protective box if traveling. Throwing them in your purse can lead to scratches and other harmful things!

  • Be gentle with them! While polymer clay can be flexible, please don’t try to bend or twist them. Treat them with care :)
