How it all started

Hi, I’m Alyssa—the owner and creator behind Akay Collective. I live in the beautiful city of Lynchburg, VA, and have always loved creating art, especially painting on canvas. In August 2019, I discovered polymer clay, and it quickly became another creative outlet and a source of joy.

Building a small business around your art can be intimidating, but the rewards have far outweighed the stress. This journey has given me a space to create pieces that help you take on your day with confidence and style. I hope my earrings speak to your bold, expressive side.
